If we like what we see you will be asked to attend a second round.
For a role within the residence team, this could be an opportunity to spend some time with the team you will be working in experiencing the job 1st hand and completing some of the task you would do on a day today basis.
For a support role or a leadership position you may be asked to attend a panel assessment or a skills assessment.
For roles where you will be joining the leadership team, you may be asked to complete a DISC assessment.
The panel or skills assessment is not a trail by fire! We simply want to see that you have taken the time to think about our business and the role you have applied for.
