Terms & Conditions for 'Win a Year’s Free Rent’ - 2026/27
Our exclusive competition of win a year's free rent is available only for new bookings (rebookers and direct lets) for the 2026/27 academic year made between 08/12/2025 and 31/12/2025.
The promotion is not available to students who:
have deferred or cancelled their booking before check-in.
book short term or semester lets.
have confirmed a booking after 31/12/2025

Offer amount: Value of the year for the tenancy length booked (minus advanced rent amount)
Booking tenancy length: Minimum 46-weeks
The student is still required to pay the required advanced rent payment to secure the room to be eligible. The winner will be pulled and announced by a third party before the tenancy start date.
In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete your booking, pay your advance rent, and sign your tenancy agreement. All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings.
