Austen House is conveniently located in Southampton’s city centre. The Southampton Solent University campus is just a 10-minute stroll and the University of Southampton is a quick bus ride away.

The promotion is only available to students who:
- Current in-house residents, known as rebookers or new customers, who have not previously lived at a Yugo space and have not booked through agent or university referral agreements.
- Booked their rooms together with a minimum of 4 rooms per flat or 4 studios together and inform our local support teams in writing with all their details.
- Complete their 2022/23 academic year bookings at one of our listed Yugo spaces together, pay their advance rents, sign their tenancy agreements, and check-in.
- Have not booked through agent or university referral agreements.
