Our exclusive of £255 Cashback is available only for new bookings for the 2025/26 academic year made after 18/02/2025.
The promotion is not available to students who:
- have deferred or cancelled their booking before check-in.
- book short term or semester lets.
- are rebooking / re-booker.
- have confirmed a booking prior to 18/02/2025.
As of 07/04, the cashback is open to referral agent bookings. Bookings made before this date are not eligible.

- Offer amount: £255 cashback for the first 20 bookings made during the offer period.
- Booking tenancy length: Minimum 45-week tenancy
No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
The cashback offer will be provided as a cashback credit that is processed 14 days after check-in. Note: This offer only applies to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types, or universities attended.
In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete your booking, pay your advance rent, and sign your tenancy agreement. All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings.
