Terms & Conditions for Yugo $250 Survey Promotion 2024/25

Promotion Period 

The Yugo $250 Survey Promotion is open from 23/09/2024 until November 1st, 2024. One lucky participant will win $250 by completing the survey during this period. 

Eligibility 

To be eligible for the prize, participants must: 

• Complete the entire survey, answering all questions. 

• Be a current student associated with Yugo during the promotion period. 

• Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple submissions will result in disqualification. 

The promotion is not open to: 

• Yugo employees, agents, or affiliates, including anyone involved in the administration of the promotion. 

• Participants who fail to complete all the survey questions. 

• Participants who are under the age of 18. 

Prize 

• The prize is $250 awarded as a cash prize. 
• The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible participants who have fully completed the survey. 
• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. 

Winner Selection and Notification 

• The winner will be selected at random after the promotion period ends and contacted via the email address provided during the survey within 15 business days of the survey closing date. 
• We will attempt to reach the winner 3 times via email and if the winner does not respond within this period, Yugo reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

General 

• By entering this promotion, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

• Yugo reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion, including any prize details, at any time without notice. 

• Any student who cancels their booking or terminates their contract before the start of the tenancy will be disqualified from this promotion. 

• Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it is reasonably believed that the participant has breached any of these terms. 
• These Terms & Conditions are correct as of 23/09/2024, but Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to modify them at any time without prior notice. 

Data Protection 

• By entering this promotion, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the promotion in accordance with Yugo's Privacy Policy. 
• By entering these terms and conditions you accept that Yugo can obtain your confidential data and will only use it for marketing purposes whilst you’re still residing at Yugo.
