This limited promotion is valid 1 July 2021 until further notice on all room types for bookings at Cable Street, Lancaster, and is only applicable to new bookings and rebookers for the booking 2021/22 academic year and the tenancy must be for a minimum of 43 weeks and semester booked after the 6th September.

In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then this promotion offered at the time will not be valid.
To claim this limited offer, you must complete your booking, pay your advanced rent and sign your tenancy agreement.
