The promotion is valid for new bookings only for the 2021/22 academic year and is only available for bookings with a minimum of 43 weeks tenancy length between 1st June 2021 and 16 Aug 2021 on selected room types for bookings at Arofan House, Cardiff:
- A limited number of Classic Studio rooms have been reduced from £152pw to £147pw on 43 weeks tenancies.
- A limited number of Standard Studio rooms have been reduced from £150pw to £147pw on 43 weeks tenancies.
- A limited number of Premium Studio rooms have been reduced from £160pw to £156pw.
- A limited number of Classic en-suite rooms have been reduced from £129pw to £126pw on 43 weeks tenancies.
- A limited number of Standard en-suite rooms have been reduced from £125pw to £122pw.
- A limited number of Premium en-suite rooms have been reduced from £137pw to £134pw.
All offers are limited and are subject to availability. The Student Housing Company has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.

The incentive offered is a reduced weekly rent payable by the student in accordance with your Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
The promotion is only valid once per room. Where a studio is being used for Dual Occupancy, only one discount will be applied. In the event that any tenants cancel the booking or otherwise terminate the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then the promotion is not valid.
This promotion can be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated, it is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Sizes of this room-type vary, but whichever you choose, your room will have plenty of storage space and a small double bed. These great value apartments are on the ground floor and have limited availability. Rooms are between 11 – 13 sq metres.
Traditionally, a little more spacious than our Standard En-suites, with all the same stylish features. Great value for money, these rooms vary in size from 13sqm – 15sqm and are available on a variety of different floors so there will always be room to suit your preferences. Enjoy the privacy of your own en-suite room whilst sharing a stylish kitchen/diner with friends.
Looking for something a little larger? A Premium En Suite is available in 15sqm – 17sqm but with only a few available, these are sure to be snapped up quickly.
Like to keep your place just the way you like it? Why not live in your very own studio in our student accommodation in Cardiff. Containing all the same features as an en-suite room, just with your very own kitchen dining area and an upgrade to a double bed too! These great value studios are situated on the ground floor and very limited. Some of these rooms even can vary in size so please contact site to double check! Want to share?
