Terms and Conditions - Anglia House Flash Sale

Our limited Flash Sale promotion is only applicable to new bookings for Classic En-Suite rooms at Anglia House, Cambridge for the 2021/22 academic on 51 week bookings. The offer is applicable to bookings made between 09 September 2021 and 30 September 2021.

• A limited number of Classic En-suite rooms have been reduced from £190pw to £185pw 

All offers are limited and are subject to availability. The Student Housing Company has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.

The promotion is valid for new bookings only for the 2021/22 academic year and the tenancy must be for a full academic term booking.

The incentive offered is a reduced weekly rent payable by the student in accordance with your Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.

In the event that any tenants cancel the booking or otherwise terminate the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then the promotion is not valid.

This promotion is run by The Student Housing Company.
