"Share a double room with your friend and receive a €200 discount for you and your friend".

Our limited 200€ discount promotion is only applicable to new bookings for the academic year 2022/23.

The promotion is not available to students who:

• have postponed/cancelled their booking before check-in
• Are renewing
• booked through agent or university referral agreements

The only participating residence is Galdós.

The rental contract with the new student must be the result of a contract created within the promotional period (duration from 16 May 2022 until the end of the available room limit).

The promotion is valid for new bookings of double rooms at the Galdós Space.

The offer is limited to 11 double rooms, once availability ends, the offer will no longer be active.

Qualifying friends will receive a discount of 200€ each, this voucher will be added to the deposit at the end of the stay at the residence.

In the event that any recommended friend cancels the booking or terminates the contract before the start of the stay, the right to participate in the promotion will cease for both of them.

Uninest Spain reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time without notice and without giving reasons or, if reasonable, to change these conditions of participation.

Any liability for damages of Uninest Spain and its executive bodies, employees and vicarious agents for direct or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with the promotion, whatever the legal grounds, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.

Legal remedies are excluded.

Subsidiary agreements and amendments to these terms and conditions must be in writing to be effective.
