Responsible for the promotion

Yugo Spain with registered office at Calle Santa Engracia 6, Madrid, 28010, and holder of Tax Identification Code B87683447, will carry out the promotion "Raffle 1 year free accommodation at Yugo Bermejales Sevilla" (hereinafter, the PROMO) which will start on 19 July 2022 and end on 31 August 2022 at 23:59.

Temporal validity

The duration of the promotion is from 15 July 2022 and will end on 31 August 2022 at 23:59.

Eligibility requirements

The PROMO is open to all future residents who book and definitively contract a full academic year stay 2022-23 at Yugo Bermejales until 31 August 2022. The booking and contracting process will be done through the website www.yugo.com. Only participants who have signed a full course contract by 31 August 2022 will be considered.

Offer

1) The offer consists of one year's free accommodation at Yugo Bermejales. For these purposes, 1 year is understood to be the full academic year from 1 September 2022 (starting date) to 1 June 2023 (departure date). The costs of extending the stay, if so desired, shall be borne by the resident, as shall the board and lodging, if chosen, reprographic services, private laundry and parking.

2) Under no circumstances may the prize be exchanged for any other option (another academic year or another stay) or exchanged for money in its place.

Mechanics of the promotion

1) Future residents who book a full academic year (from September 2022 to June 2023) at Yugo Bermejales with a signed contract until 31 August 2022, will be entered into a draw to win 1 academic year of free accommodation at Yugo Bermejales. For these purposes, 1 year is understood to be the full academic year from 1st September 2022 to 1st June 2023.

2) The PROMO is effective from the beginning of the academic year and includes all the months of accommodation of the full academic year, from 1 September 2022 to 1 June 2023.

3) This PROMO does not include the deposit costs, which must be paid by the future resident when contracting the accommodation and must be paid before entering the Residence Hall.

4) The PROMO applies to any rate and type of room contracted, which also includes: utilities, weekly cleaning of the room, weekly change of sheets and towels, internet connection and use of the common areas and our Live Your Best Life activities programme.

5) The PROMO applies only to accommodation and excludes the following optional services: full and half board or meal vouchers, car and/or motorbike parking and laundry service.

6) In case of cancellation of the reservation the right to the PROMO is lost, before and during the stay.

7) The PROMO does not apply to bookings of half/short stay and/or less than 9 months.

8) The draw will be carried out randomly by means of the Sortea2 raffle platform or other similar tool/platform, on 1 September 2022.

Communication of the winner

The winner will be announced by 5 September 2022 at the latest and a member of the Yugo Bermejales team will contact the winner by email or telephone. A maximum of 3 contact attempts will be made, during 3 days after the date of the draw. If no response is received, the next alternate winner will be contacted and the first winner will be excluded.

Modification of the rules

Yugo Spain reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons or, if reasonable, to change these conditions of participation.

Any liability for damages of Yugo Spain and its executive bodies, employees, and vicarious agents for direct or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with the promotion, whatever the legal grounds, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.

Legal remedies are excluded.

Subsidiary agreements and amendments to these conditions must be made in writing to be effective be made in writing in order to be effective.
