Reebokers Campaign 2022
ALVARIUM:
The promotion is valid from January 13th of 2022 until 30th April 2022 for current residents of Uninest Students in Alvarium property (Germany).
The rebooker student must be party of a rental contract for 2021/2022 academic year with Uninest Students (Germany), and rebook for the next academic year for a minimum of 51 weeks.
This promotion only includes the participation on a raffle to obtain a 150€ voucher. Voucher has no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
There is a limit of 3 vouchers worth €150 to be issued by Alvarium property for their prize draw.
Voucher will be distributed 14 days after the new contract start. This promotion cannot be used with any other offer or discount rates.
The promotion will be revoked in case of cancellation of the reservation. The promotion is not available to any resident in rent arrears at the time of booking. This promotion cannot be used with any other offer.
Adherence to the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions of participation.
The Uninest Germany GmbH reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons or, if reasonable, to change these conditions of participation.
Any liability for damages of Uninest Germany GmbH and its executive bodies, employees, and vicarious agents for direct or indirect damages arising from or in connection with the promotion, for whatever legal reason, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. Legal recourse is excluded.
Subsidiary agreements and amendments to these terms and conditions must be in writing to be effective.
Should individual clauses of these conditions of participation be or become ineffective, this will not affect the legal validity of the remaining conditions of participation. It will be replaced by an appropriate regulation that most closely approximates the purpose of the invalid provision. For all legal relationships that result from the use of the promotion, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
