Our cashback promotion is only applicable for new 2024/25 academic year bookings made on or after 19th July 2024. This offer is only applicable for Premium Ensuites and Classic Studios at St Crispin’s House with a minimum booking tenancy 48 weeks.
The promotion is not available to students who:
have deferred /cancelled their booking before check-in.
book tenancy less than 48 weeks.
book through university or partner referral agreements.
have confirmed a booking prior to 19th July 2024.
No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
The cashback offer will operate as a discount applied upon entering of the promotion code: CASHBACK350.
In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then this promotion offered at the time will not be valid.
