Eligible Entrants: Students; aged 18 or older,  must be currently a resident of The Student Housing Company UK.

No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.

Number of Entries Permitted: 1 (one) entry per Eligible Entrant.

Value of Prize: £500

Prize Description: One prize worth £500 to kit out a Student Housing Company resident’s room with their dream items. 

To claim this offer, you must be able to show proof of your completed booking, paid your advanced rent and sign your tenancy agreement.

In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminate the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then this promotion offered at the time will not be valid. 

All offers are limited to a timescale. The Student Housing Company have the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.
