Utopia Festival at The Boulevard: Top 11 Highlights

It was really exciting to launch The Boulevard in Perth, and to celebrate, what better way than a 5-hour festival across the whole building!

If you missed out or couldn’t make it to celebrate, don’t worry we’ve made a top 11 highlights from the night so you won’t miss the chance again.

1. Live Music from Your Girl Pho & Claire

Your Girl pho captivated guests on our rooftop overlooking the whole city skyline of Perth.
Local artist from the Perth Fringe Festival, Claire performed live on our pool terrace featuring all the top hits and throwbacks for the best poolside vibe.

2. Live Rooftop Fire Performance

Joey left us all in flames with his rooftop fire performance!

3. Sunset & Ice-Cream on The Rooftop

We officially have the best Perth city skyline view, and there’s no better time than watching the sunset overlooking the whole of Perth with delicious ice-cream thanks to Roho Bure.

4. Pool Party Vibes

Relaxing by the pool, having a swim on a warm sunny day with the DJ spinning poolside, no more words needed.

5. Food Truck Fiesta

From pizza to tacos and delicious dumplings, food was covered!

6. Donut Worry Be Happy, Donut Wall

You can’t go wrong with a wall of donuts, featuring our favourite Krispy Kreme donuts, the wall went down a hit!

7. Tasty Mocktails by CAPI

Our friends at CAPI Australia came along to help us serve up four very tasty mocktails. The mocktails menu was custom made and inspired by some of the best things about Perth! The mocktails were an absolute hit even though they were non-alcoholic.

8. Live Caricature

Terry Dunnet had guests loving their custom caricature illustrations with a line of guests all day & night!

9. Live Typography

For those who don’t know exactly what live typography is, we had the brilliant Tash writing absolutely anything in all sorts of colours and styles at our students’ request.
Many of our students chose to get inspirational quotes or their names written out, to decorate their rooms at The Boulevard!

10. Roaming Magician

To add a touch of magic to the event, magician Robbie T came to our event to wow all of our guests. Groups of amazed students could be seen all night gathered around Robbie T and his magic tricks did not disappoint.

11. Photobooth

To make sure each of our guests had something to keep as a memory from the night, we had a photobooth set up to capture the best moments!
