The value of the offer:
£80 for a group booking of 4; £100 for a group booking of 5 or more.
If a member of the group drops out the amount will be reduced by £20 per individual.
If all but one drops out the offer will be invalid.
No cash value. Value of offer includes delivery cost.
The offer is only valid when the group booking is confirmed and must be redeemed by end of Oct with no delay.
The offer is valid for group bookings only for the 2021/22 academic year and the tenancy must be for a minimum of 38 weeks.
No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
This offer will be revoked in case of cancellation of the reservation and can be used in conjunction with any other offer.
To claim this limited offer, you must complete your booking, pay your advanced rent, sign your tenancy agreement, and then click the link and inform the resident team after you check in.
All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. The Student Housing Company has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.
In the event that any tenants cancel the booking or otherwise terminate the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then the promotion is not valid.
