Terms and Conditions - The Curve

This offer is valid 17 May 2021 until further notice on select room types for bookings at The Curve, London:

• A limited number of Classic En-suite rooms have been reduced from £299pw to £279pw
• A limited number of Classic En-suite will be available on a 43 week tenancy at £284pw.
• A limited number of Classic En-suite are available on semester lets at £289pw. 
• A limited number of Classic Studios have been reduced from £312pw to £299pw.

Prices comparable with like-for-like rooms in the Aldgate area.

All offers are limited and are subject to availability. The Student Housing Company has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.

The promotion is valid for new bookings only for the 2021/22 academic year and the tenancy must be for a full academic term bookings. Please enquire for minimum tenancy length.

The incentive offered is a reduced weekly rent payable by the student in accordance with your Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.

The promotion is only valid once per room. Where a studio is being used for Dual Occupancy, only one discount will be applied.

In the event that any tenants cancel the booking or otherwise terminate the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then the promotion is not valid.

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated, it is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. 

This promotion is run by The Student Housing Company.
