Terms & Conditions for super flash sales – St. Crispin's House
Our 1 days of super flash sales promotion is only applicable for new 2023/24 academic year bookings made on 1st September 2023 for Premium ensuite at St. Crispin's House, Norwich with a minimum booking tenancy 48 weeks.
The promotion is not available to students who:
- have deferred /cancelled their booking before check-in.
- book tenancy less than 48 weeks.
- are rebooking / re-booker.
- book through agent or university referral agreements.
The promotion rate:
- Premium ensuite: from £140 per week for minimum 48 weeks of tenancy.
To be eligible, students must contact and complete the booking with our local support team via phone on 1st September 2023. Our local support team will make the booking for the student with the advertised rate. Anything received after this date will not be counted.
No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then this promotion offered at the time will not be valid.
To claim this offer, you must complete your booking, and sign your tenancy agreement.
All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.
