Our limited cashback promotion is only applicable to semester 2 bookings made between 1 October 2021 and 15 November 2021.

The promotion is not available to students who:

• Books through agent or university referral agreements.

The cashback offer will operate as a discount for the advertised amount when this promotion code is entered at the point of booking.  Bookings made without a valid Promotional Code will not be eligible to receive benefits of the Offer. Note: Some offers only apply to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types or university attended.

No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.

In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then this promotion offered at the time will not be valid. 

To claim this offer, you must complete your booking, pay your advanced rent and sign your tenancy agreement.

All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. The Student Housing Company has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.
