Barcelona trip raffle - Navale & Elementum

New customers are rewarded when they conclude a rental contract with the Yugo Germany GmbH and fulfills the following additional conditions:

• A new customer is someone who has not signed a rental contract with Yugo Germany GmbH within the last 12 months.
• The new customer must have reached the age of 18 years.

The only participating residences are Navale & Elementum.

The rental agreement with the new student must result from a contract that was created within the promotional period (duration from 10^th of August 2022 until 15th of September 2022).

The new customer thar book with us before the end of August will enter automatically to a free trip to Barcelona raffle.  

For already concluded contracts, no incentives can be granted retrospectively. Any bookings coming through 3^rd party contracts or agency bookings are excluded from this promotion. In case of cancellation of the reservation the right to the raffle is lost, before and during the stay. The raffle only applies to bookings of 12 months.

This raffle includes:

• Flight tickets from Frankfurt am Main airport only for the winner of the raffle.
• 2 nights accommodation in Yugo Aleu student accommodation of Barcelona.  

The raffle does not include:

• Meals
• Trip expenses (taxi, buses..)
• Companions

Communication of the winner

The winner will be announced by 20 of October 2022 at the latest and a member of the Yugo Elementum & Navale team will contact the winner by email or telephone. A maximum of 3 contact attempts will be made, during 3 days after the date of the draw. If no response is received, the next alternate winner will be contacted and the first winner will be excluded.

Yugo Germany GmbH reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons or, if reasonable, to change these conditions of participation.

Any liability for damages of Yugo Germany GmbH and its executive bodies, employees and vicarious agents for direct or indirect damages arising from or in connection with the promotion, for whatever legal reason, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.

Legal recourse is excluded.

Subsidiary agreements and amendments to these terms and conditions must be in writing in order to be effective.

Should individual clauses of these conditions of participation be or become ineffective, this will not affect the legal validity of the remaining conditions of participation. It will be replaced by an appropriate regulation that most closely approximates the purpose of the invalid provision. For all legal relationships that result from the use of the promotion, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
