When you book with The Student Housing Company, your room will be here when you need it. Because starting university shouldn’t be complicated, so we are keeping it simple.

Flexible Student Accommodation

University start dates

If your course start date has been moved then you will only need to pay for your room from date face to face teaching commences, or from the date you move in, whichever comes first. From January 1st all residents will need to start paying rent. Plenty of time!

Visa applications

If you’re having trouble securing your travel to the United Kingdom let us know! We will cancel or postpone your tenancy at no extra cost, whichever works for you!

International travel restrictions

Can’t get to us? Let us know and we can amend, cancel or postpone your tenancy on request. We would rather you stay safe!

Self-isolation

Two weeks free accommodation if you are travelling from abroad and need to self-isolate. Just let us know what will work for you.
