"I have lived at this student accommodation for two years. It is in a great location when it comes to walking to Trinity college and ideal in terms of being close to food stores/shops/bars etc. The rooms are clean and newly furnished with an accompanying private bathroom. The kitchen/living space is shared with other flatmates. I found that the staff were really friendly and would remember my name and ask how I was getting on with college work etc which is nice to have especially for those living away from home for the first time. Although the rent is on the higher end of student accommodation prices it includes all bills and the property has extra amenities like a gym, study room, cinema room and common balcony, all of which I took advantage of while living here!"
