Summer Discount NAVALE 2022
 

New customers are rewarded when they conclude a rental contract with the Yugo (Germany) GmbH and fulfills the following additional conditions:

• A new customer is someone who has not signed a rental contract with the Yugo (Germany) GmbH for the Navale space within the last 12 months.
• The new customer must have reached the age of 18 years.

Summer discounts:

• 10% discount for August 12 months bookings. T The rental agreement with the new student must result from a contract that was created within the promotional period (duration from 1^st of August 2022 until 24th of July 2023). Promotion code for booking: Navale10. This promotion is valid till June 30^th2022.
• 5% discount in all Navale rooms for bookings contracts of minimum 6 months.
  The rental agreement with the new student must result from a contract that was created within the promotional period and is starting before 1^st of September 2022. Promotion code for booking: Navale5. This promotion is valid till June 30^th2022.
• 3% discount in all Navale rooms for bookings contracts of minimum 3 months.
  The rental agreement with the new student must result from a contract that was created within the promotional period and is starting before 1^st of September 2022. Promotion code for booking: Navale3. This promotion is valid till June 30^th2022.

This offer only applies to Navale space.

The discount reduces each instalment of the contract by either 10%, 5%, or 3% and is therefore given monthly.

For already concluded contracts, no incentives can be granted retrospectively. Any bookings coming through 3rd party contracts or agency bookings are excluded from this promotion.

The promotion will be revoked in case of cancellation of the reservation. The promotion is not available to any resident in rent arrears and the discount will be revoked if monthly payments are not done as agreed on per the tenancy agreement. This promotion cannot be used with any other offer.

Adherence to the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions of participation.

The Yugo (Germany) GmbH reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons or, if reasonable, to change these conditions of participation.

Any liability for damages of Yugo (Germany) GmbH and its executive bodies, employees, and vicarious agents for direct or indirect damages arising from or in connection with the promotion, for whatever legal reason, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.

Legal recourse is excluded.

Subsidiary agreements and amendments to these terms and conditions must be in writing to be effective.

Should individual clauses of these conditions of participation be or become ineffective, this will not affect the legal validity of the remaining conditions of participation. It will be replaced by an appropriate regulation that most closely approximates the purpose of the invalid provision. For all legal relationships that result from the use of the promotion, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
