Getting to know Bristol

It’s easy to see why so many students opt for student housing in Bristol each year. The city is steeped in history, with the M Shed museum, at the heart of the redeveloped Waterfront area, offering an entry point to its social and industrial heritage.

You’ll never have to worry about showing your parents around the city when you study in Bristol. There are so many cultural hotspots to visit. Take in the city’s heritage at Bristol Museum, stroll along the Harbour, visit animals from all around the world at Bristol Zoo, or watch the latest play in the grand Old Vic.

Bristol didn’t get a name as a city of art for nothing either. Wander through Stoke’s Croft to see the newest graffiti from the many local artists, including the legendary Banksy.
