ALVARIUM  & URBANUM 2023

New customers are rewarded when they conclude a rental contract with Yugo Germany GmbH and fulfills the following additional conditions:

• A new customer is someone who has not signed a rental contract with Yugo Germany GmbH for the Alvarium space within the last 12 months.
• The new customer must have reached the age of 18 years.

There will be a 10% rent reduction on bookings in Urbnaum with the code 10LASTMINUTE and a 15% rent reduction on bookings in Alvarium with the code 15LASTMINUTE. The rental agreement with the new student must be a long term contract starting from either the 15th of October or the 1st of November 2023 going until the 23th of September 2024 that was created within the promotional period (starting from the 5th of October 2023 until the 31st of October 2023).

This offer only applies to Alvarium & Urbanum Space.

For already concluded contracts, no incentives can be granted retrospectively. Any bookings coming through 3rd party contracts or agency bookings are excluded from this promotion.

The promotion will be revoked in case of cancellation of the reservation or move out before the end of the 12 months. The promotion is not available to any resident in rent arrears and the discount will be revoked if monthly payments are not done as agreed on per the tenancy agreement. This promotion cannot be used with any other offer.

Adherence to the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions of participation.

The Uninest Germany GmbH reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons or, if reasonable, to change these conditions of participation.

Any liability for damages of Uninest Germany GmbH and its executive bodies, employees, and vicarious agents for direct or indirect damages arising from or in connection with the promotion, for whatever legal reason, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.

Legal recourse is excluded.

Subsidiary agreements and amendments to these terms and conditions must be in writing to be effective.

Should individual clauses of these conditions of participation be or become ineffective, this will not affect the legal validity of the remaining conditions of participation. It will be replaced by an appropriate regulation that most closely approximates the purpose of the invalid provision. For all legal relationships that result from the use of the promotion, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
