We know that times are uncertain and you may have some concerns about what will happen to your booking if you are unable to get to University, to put your mind at ease we have the following 3 promises:
- If your course start date is delayed, you’ll only start to pay for your Licence from the month when your University commences face to face teaching (until 1st January 2021), or when you move in. We won't ask for any payment (apart from your advanced room fee to secure your booking), until then.
- If you don’t get the required Visa in order to study in Ireland, we’ll cancel or postpone your booking on your request.
- If Government travel restrictions are in place that prevent you from traveling to Ireland, please provide us with details and we will cancel your booking at your request.

Firstly, we may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or we do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, we will release you from your Licence provided the following criteria are met:
- You submit your request to cancel, in writing or by e-mail to the General Manager at the Residence, before 17th August 2020; and
- You provide the General Manager with a copy of your rejection letter/CAO from the University that shows that you did not get on a course in the same city.
Once we have your request, we will confirm receipt and refund your Advance Room Fee Payment of €300, together with any other Room Fees you may have paid.
