Is my unit furnished?

Furniture is included in the base rent. Furniture in our bedrooms include a mattress frame, full XL mattress, nightstand, stackable dresser, desk, and chair. Furniture in our living areas include a wall-mounted 65" Smart TV, couch, chair, coffee table, and entertainment stand.

Is smoking allowed?

Our property is not smoke-friendly. This includes inside units, indoor building spaces, and on exterior property. 

What fees are included when I sign a lease?

There is a $100 application fee, $250 security deposit, $72 utility admin fee, and $50 Green fee. These are one-time required fees.
