The promotion is valid for new bookings only for the 2021/22 academic year and is only available for bookings with a minimum of 43 weeks tenancy length between 1st June 2021 and 16 Aug 2021 on selected room types for bookings at Arofan House, Cardiff:
- A limited number of Classic Studio rooms have been reduced from £152pw to £147pw on 43 weeks tenancies.
- A limited number of Standard Studio rooms have been reduced from £150pw to £147pw on 43 weeks tenancies.
- A limited number of Premium Studio rooms have been reduced from £160pw to £156pw.
- A limited number of Classic en-suite rooms have been reduced from £129pw to £126pw on 43 weeks tenancies.
- A limited number of Standard en-suite rooms have been reduced from £125pw to £122pw.
- A limited number of Premium en-suite rooms have been reduced from £137pw to £134pw.
All offers are limited and are subject to availability. The Student Housing Company has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.

The incentive offered is a reduced weekly rent payable by the student in accordance with your Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
The promotion is only valid once per room. Where a studio is being used for Dual Occupancy, only one discount will be applied. In the event that any tenants cancel the booking or otherwise terminate the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then the promotion is not valid.
This promotion can be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated, it is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Les mides d’aquest tipus d’habitació varien, sigui quina sigui la teva opció, la teva habitació tindrà molt espai per emmagatzemar i un llit doble petit. Aquests apartaments de gran valor estan a la planta baixa, i tenen disponibilitat limitada. Les habitacions són d'entre 11 i 13 metres quadrats.
Tradicionalment, una mica més espaioses que les nostres suites estàndard, amb les mateixes característiques elegants. Amb una gran relació qualitat-preu, aquestes habitacions varien en grandària de 13 a 15 metres quadrats i estan disponibles en diferents plantes, per la qual cosa sempre hi haurà una habitació que s'adapti a les teves preferències. Gaudeix de la privacitat de la teva pròpia habitació amb bany mentre comparteixes una elegant cuina/menjador amb els teus amics.
Busques alguna cosa una mica més gran? Hi ha disponible una Suite Premium d'entre 15 m² a 17 m², però només n'hi ha unes quantes disponibles, segur que s'esgoten ràpidament.
Vols que casa teva sigui com a tu t'agrada? Per què no viure en un còmode estudi només per a tu en el nostre allotjament per a estudiants de Cardiff? Té les mateixes característiques que una habitació Suite, però amb la seva pròpia cuina-menjador! Aquests apartaments de gran valor estan a la planta baixa, i tenen disponibilitat limitada. Les habitacions són d'entre 17 i 19 metres quadrats. Vols compartir? Hi ha contractes de doble ocupació disponibles.
A més, podràs viure en un còmode estudi amb totes les característiques d'un estudi estàndard, només que amb una mica més d'espai per a estirar les cames! Continuaràs tenint l'elegant bany i el llit doble, però el menjador de la cuina serà tot teu. Les habitacions són d'entre 19 i 22 metres quadrats. Vols compartir? Els nostres estudis clàssics són ideals per a parelles. Hi ha contractes de doble ocupació disponibles.
Entre els 22 i els 27 metres quadrats, aquests estudis Premium són les habitacions més grans d'Arofan House. Així que, si vols fer-te amb el bo i millor, no t'entretinguis, en tenim pocs de disponibles. Són prou àmplies com per viure-hi en parella, si escolleixes l’opció de doble ocupació. Vols compartir?
