Set up monthly reflection meetings, remember to be Bold, Real, Open and Trye as to how we can better what we do. This is an opportunity to share plans and ideas for the coming months as well as reflect on the earlier months and share learnings for future activities and of course to make sure you check in with your own team so if anyone needs extra trainings we can support you!
