What is an Individual Lease?
Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you’re not responsible for their payment.
What's included in the monthly installments?
Monthly installments include utilities (water, sewer, and trash pickup), extended cable, Internet, washer & dryer, access to all of our community amenities, as well as a wonderful staff that is there to help students anytime they need them.
When is the monthly installment due?
You have three installment payment options to pay the entire amount due under the lease – one installment, two installments, or twelve installments. If you choose to pay a single installment for the entire amount, that single installment is due August 1. If you choose to pay in two-semester installments, those installments are due August 1 and January 1. If you choose to pay in twelve installments, the first installment is due on August 1 and the remaining eleven installments are due on the 1st of the next eleven months. Please note that these are all installment payment options and not monthly rent.
How do I pay my monthly installments?
- Pay with a personal check, money order, or cashier’s check.
- Pay with a credit card online through our Resident Portal. (Service fee may apply.)
- Have your financial institution automatically deduct rent from your bank account each month to send in payment.
- Pay with a check online using your resident portal free of charge
Do you allow pets?
Yes! Pets are welcome at Yugo Louisville Nine!
Is there insurance coverage for my belongings?
We suggest getting renters insurance. It is generally inexpensive and covers personal belongings in the event of something unfortunate.
What if I need maintenance?
If you need maintenance, simply go to your resident portal on our website and fill out a maintenance request. You can also call or stop by the front desk. If it is an emergency, please notify the front office immediately.
What furniture is provided?
Our apartments come fully furnished with a full-XL bed, a large desk and chair, and two stackable dressers. The living area comes with a comfortable couch, chair, coffee table, end table, TV stand, TV, and barstools. The kitchen comes fully equipped with energy-efficient appliances, a refrigerator with an icemaker, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer.
How do I receive mail and packages?
Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox located on the property.
What do I need to bring to my apartment?
We suggest that you bring:
- Bedding for a full-XL or queen bed.
- Toiletries.
- Dishes/Cookware.
- Decorations to make your new room feel like home!
