Does your property have on-site maintenance?

Yes, our on-site maintenance team consists of one maintenance supervisor and 2 maintenance techs. They are available on property during business hours.

An item in a resident's unit needs repair. How do they get help?

Resident's may submit work orders for all unit repair needs by visiting the Resident's Portal on

What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

Call the main leasing office at (520) 274-1960. Choose option #5 to follow the steps for our lockout procedure. 

What maintenance is a resident responsible for? (i.e. changing fire alarm battery/changing lightbulbs/etc.)

Our on-site property maintenance team will handle all requests that are submitted on the Residence Portal. Changing of light bulbs and batteries are considered low priority items and may take longer to complete.

How long does it take for maintenance to respond?

Maintenance will respond on the Residence Portal within 24 hours. For emergencies, they will respond within 30 minutes.

Is your property pet-friendly?

Yes, we allow furry friends! We do have a one-time, non-refundable pet deposit of $300 and a pet rent of $35 per month.

Do you offer furnished units?

Yes. Furnished units come with a couch, sofa chair, coffee table, TV stand, and TV in the living room. The kitchen comes with all appliances plus bar stools. The bedroom includes a bedframe and mattress, desk and chair, as well as two drawer dressers. Units include washer & dryer.

Is your property parking free or paid?

We do offer parking at $145 per month per vehicle.

What are my options for paying my rent?

A resident may pay rent through the Residents Portal (autopay is an option), cashiers check, or money order. We do not accept cash payments for rent.

Which utilities are included in my rent?

Internet is included with the price of rent.

What are the additional fees?

If you do not have a guarantor signing with you, you will be charged $50 for our Leap program.

Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

Yes, all residents must have renter's insurance. Residents may sign up for the Insurance Waiver Program through Foxen at $13.95 per month.

How long does it take for an application to be approved?

Applications will take up to 24 hours to be approved.

Are your properties smoke-friendly?

Yugo Tucson Campus is NOT smoke-friendly. Smoking of all kinds is prohibited on property and within 100 yards of property.
