Does your property have on-site maintenance?

Yes, our property does have on-site maintenance. 24/7 emergency services are available should something occur outside of normal business hours. 

An item in a resident's unit needs repair. How do they get help?

Residents can visit the resident's portal online and fill out a service request. Requests are handled within 2-3 business days depending on serverity.  

What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

Residents may call the leasing office phone number to speak with management. After-hours, residents can follow the automated message when calling the office, where they will be directed to receive assistance.

What maintenance is a resident responsible for? (i.e. changing fire alarm battery/changing lightbulbs/etc.)

Residents may request assistance with all maintenance concerns. Residents are responsible for taking their trash and recyclable materials to the "trash room" located on each floor. Please break down cardboard boxes and send them down the recycle-shoot. 

How long does it take for maintenance to respond?

Maintenance always responds within 24 hours of the request. Completion of requests may take 2-3 days depending on the severity of the issue. Pictures may be uploaded to the resident's portal for further clarification of the request.

Is your property pet-friendly?

Yes, Yugo Madison Lux is pet friendly. $300 non-refundable, one-time fee. $30/month per lease.

Do you offer furnished units?

Yes! Bedroom furniture is $30 per month additional to rent. This includes a bedframe, mattress, desk (no chair), dresser, and nightstand. Living room furniture is $30 per month additional to rent. This includes a couch, coffee table, bar stools (if applicable), and side tables. 

Is your property parking free or paid?

We do not offer parking. 

What are my options for paying my rent?

Check, cashiers check, money order, or online through the resident portal.

Which utilities are included in my rent?

Internet, water, sewage & garbage. Access to amenities is provided free of charge, as long as the amenity is available/open during hours of amenity operation!

What are the additional fees?

There is a one-time $225 application & administration fee, and a $300 security deposit.

Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

Yes, you are required to purchase renter's insurance. If you do not provide us with your renter insurance, you will automatically enrolled in Foxen's Liability Waiver program.

How long does it take for an application to be approved?

Applications are approved within 72 hours.

Are your properties smoke-friendly?

No, our properties are not smoke friendly.
