Terms and Conditions for Refer A Friend 2024/25
This limited promotion will run from 1st Nov 2023 until further notice.
Definitions:
The Referrer (Current resident / Rebooker):
- Has stayed in one of the Yugo spaces in the 2023/24 academic year.
- Has completed a new booking for a room at one of our listed Yugo spaces, paid their advance rent, signed their tenancy agreement, and check-in for the 2024/25 academic year for a minimum 34 weeks.
- Must inform one of our local support teams in writing before their friend’s booking is confirmed.
The Referee (Friends of the referrer / New booking / New booker):
- Has completed a new booking for a room at one of our listed Yugo spaces, paid their advance rent, signed their tenancy agreement for the 2024/25 academic year for a minimum 34 weeks.
- Has not previously lived at a Yugo space.
- Has not booked through agent or university referral agreements.
The list of residences and offer rate:
£200 Amazon voucher each:
- Lincoln – Park Court: promotion is available for any room types with for 46 or 51 weeks tenancy length.
- Sheffield - Bramall Court: promotion is available for any room types for 44 or 51 weeks tenancy.
Both referrer and referee will receive the same incentive amounts above. The referrer will need to inform the local support team with the referee details by email.
There is no limit to how many people they can refer. This promotion offer cannot be used in conjunction with another offer(s), unless stated otherwise.
No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
The incentive will operate as a voucher for the advertised amount and distributed 14 days after check-in. Note: Some offers only apply to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types or university attended.
The promotion is not available to any resident in rent arrears at the time of booking.
All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Student (UK) Ltd. has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.
Adherence to the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions of participation.
