Our limited promotion 150€ in Corte Inglés gift card is only applicable to new bookings for the academic year 2022/23.

The promotion is not available to students who:

• Have postponed/cancelled their booking prior to check-in.
• booked through agent or university referral agreements

The only participating residence is Yugo Coliseo Europea.

The rental contract with the new student must be the result of a contract created within the promotional period (duration from 16 May 2022 until the end of the limit of available rooms).

The offer is limited to 20 bookings, once availability ends, the offer will no longer be active.

Eligible bookings will receive a Corte Inglés gift card with a total value of €150, which can be used for physical and online purchases at any Corte Inglés in Madrid.

The Corte Inglés gift card will be given to the student on the day of arrival at the residence.

Uninest Spain reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons or, if reasonable, to change these conditions of participation.

Any liability for damages of Uninest Spain and its executive bodies, employees and vicarious agents for direct or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with the promotion, whatever the legal grounds, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.

Legal remedies are excluded.

Subsidiary agreements and amendments to these terms and conditions must be in writing to be effective.
