Salamanca is a historic and compact city. You can visit any of the city’s ancient monuments and historic sites by foot. Walk over the Puente Romano, an Ancient Roman bridge that spans the River Tormes, to Palacio de Monterrey, a stunning example of Spanish Medieval architecture.

Yugo is announcing a brand-new student residence in Salamanca. Starting in September 2024, more than 980 rooms will be for students to live in a modern, clean and vibrant student residence within the heart of the ancient city of Salamanca. Just imagine the first day!
Your classes are just around the corner. The Universidad de Salamanca is less than a 10-munute walk from your front door. You also have access to a range of restaurants, cafes and the city centre within 15 minutes of the building.

Prefer to exercise as a way to destress? Head to our brand-new, purpose-built gym to work out your day, and get yourself ready for the next one. The gym is accessible to all residents throughout their stay with us.
All residents have the option to have full-board catering, providing three meals a day to residents, as well 24-hour security services and air conditioning throughout the property.
