This August Bank Holiday Weekend the Victorious Festival Portsmouth is returning, and it's set to be one of the biggest and best yet!
Here are just a few reasons why it should be on your summer agenda…
1. The Location
From 26th to 28th August, the stunning Southsea Common seafront in Portsmouth will be transformed into festival goers heaven.
Victorious Festival Portsmouth is certainly one of the most beautifully located festivals that you’re ever likely to see.
While you’re bopping away to your favourite artists with a drink in your hand, take a moment to absorb the gorgeous surroundings. Definitely one for the Instagram feed!
2. Amazing Artists
Some of the biggest names in music will be gracing the stage at Victorious festival Portsmouth this year, alongside some great family entertainment. You don’t want to miss out!
On Friday 26th August, the Stereophonics will be the main headliners.
It will be the Welsh band’s second appearance at Victorious Festival - they previously played at the Common Stage as headliners way back in 2017.
This year the legendary rockers will be joined by Britpopper James, as well as Primal Scream.
On the Friday you can also get your groove on to big performances from Self Esteem, and the amazing Derry singer-songwriter Soak.
On Saturday 27th August, Paolo Nutini is the headliner, who will be making his big return after having been away since 2014.
He will be joined on the stage by Bastille, the Wombats and Declan McKenna.
Ocean Colour Scene and Kula Shaker are also performing, and our personal favourites the Sugababes will be taking the special afternoon guest slot.
The original iconic trio Mutya Buena, Siobhán Donaghy and Keisha Buchanan will be taking you back to your childhood with some of their classic chart-topping hits at the Victorious Festival Portsmouth.
So get your phone out and make sure you get some good videos for your Instagram story and make yourself the envy of all your uni mates!
Sunday’s lineup at Victorious Festival Portsmouth is also a corker. It includes performances from South Shields' Sam Fender and Nothing But Thieves.
Suede will also be performing, and you’ll be able to dance away to your heart’s content when Anne-Marie, Becky Hill and Sophie Ellis-Bextor take to the stage.
Make sure you don’t miss out on appearances from Example, Editors and Amy Macdonald.
The special afternoon guest slot on Sunday is occupied by music icons The Libertines.
Alongside all these amazing music artists, you’ll also be able to treat yourself to performances from some comedy legends at the festival.
Rosie Jones hosts on Sunday, whilst Suzi Ruffell will be compere on the Saturday. Katherine Ryan and Russell Kane will also make appearances on Sunday.
3. Premium Upgrades
